Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments All sessions are by appointment only. Once you book online, we’ll be in touch within one business day to confirm your appointment and arrange the deposit. 2. Cancellation or Reschedule - Fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your session. - Non-refundable if you cancel within 24–48 hours of your session. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee. 3. Payment The remaining balance of your session fee is due at the end of the session. 4. Late arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the therapist's schedule. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with professional counselling ethics and privacy standards.
